Cool sites to check out, both on and off Neocities! The world wide web is a huge and vast place full of all kinds of cool sites. These are my favorites.

I'd highly recommend hovering as there are important warnings on some of the sites, such as flash, eyestrain or just sensitive content warnings. Some sites also may be for 18+ browsers only! (as in people browsing not like computer browsers lol)
